I was watching this dog from across the street while he stood patiently waiting for handouts at a food stand. A fellow had bought a sandwich and when he turned around the dog was at his feet so he lightly kicked him out of the way. The dog just seemed to tip over and landed on the street off the curb. He gradually worked his feet beneath him and gradually stood up. The dog walked down the street to where the curb was lower and then went back to his position again, patiently waiting for handouts. Getting kicked and knocked off the the curb just seemed to be a normal part of the day.

I decided to post one of my favorite Infrared pictures from Cambodia. Most of the other pictures will not start until April but here is a shot of Don the Tuktuk driver at the East Gate of Angkor Thom.

I was taking pictures and did not realize that the Capitol building was off limits. A guard came over and said "no pictures, film" and held out his hand. I told him no film but he kept on asking for the film. Finally I told him computer pointing to the camera. After giving him a 'tip' he let me go with a warning, no pictures. From Canada, the handguns etc. on the guards appear rather intimidating.
